Stuck

So..... the Santiam Pass is closed because of the storm that went through and left a bazillion feet of snow, and there's a winter storm warning here. So we're staying here one more night because there's supposed to be a few hours let up tomorrow in-between storms that the van could handle the road during :-P Seriously- that rig is 19 ft long with lots of weight in the front... as my dad says, it's a 'pig on ice.' haha

So, we're cross country skiing today, skating tonight and getting up early to hit the West Side Cafe on the way out of town in the morning =)

Grandma is almost giddy-happy at being what she calls 'snowbound' ;-) it's pretty cute =)
